Orato: Orato reads selected text to you. It requires the voice Microsoft Anna to be installed.
To use open Orato, select and copy the text you want read; it automatically pastes into Orato. Orato tool bar includes start, pause and stop; options include choice of voice, font, background colour, speech rate,and highlighting.
